LoneSafe Text-in provides employees with flexible, simple to use protection whilst they are alone. It works on ANY mobile phone; accounts can be live in less than 2 hours; user set-up and training takes 15 minutes. Each check in defines how long they will be lone working, from 1 minute upwards. If we don’t hear from an employee before the time runs out, we will call to check if all is well. If this call is missed we then inform the lone worker’s contact chain in the pre-agreed order according to the time of day. The contact chain is informed via a combination of text message, call to mobile or landline or email. Using the system is as simple as sending a text message, so quick and simple.
